Lawyer Nguyen Manh Cuong is a Founder and Managing Partner of Cuong & Lawyers with more than twenty years of legal practice in which he acted as the Group M&A Deputy Director of Vingroup and advised Vingroup on some M&A transactions. Prior to that, lawyer Nguyen Manh Cuong worked as senior lawyer for some leading lawfirms and he also acted as the Real Estate Legal Director of Central Group (Thailand) in Vietnam.

Lawyer Nguyen Manh Cuong is a current member of the legal committee of the European Chamber of Commerce in Vietnam (EuroCham) and he also holds the current position as Executive Board Member and Legal Head of Hanoi Logistics Association.

Lawyer Nguyen Manh Cuong has co-authored some real estate and M&A articles in WhiteBooks of EuroCham (Year 2020, Year 2021 and Year 2022) and Vietnam Investment Review (VIR newspaper). He also has authored some legal articles in InCham bulletin.
